Reporting to the Medical Doctor, the position will be responsible for the following duties:

Screening of patients, at reception, attending to emergencies, administering drugs, carrying out various tests as ordered, assisting in procedures as well as properly setting of trolleys.

Maintaining stock balances and making orders of drugs and sundries.

Carrying out doctor’s orders timeously.

Monitoring patients in observation wards.

Following up clients results from Laboratories and other service providers daily and ensure that results are available on consultation.

Producing quality nursing care.

Maintaining adequate drug stock balances.

Maintaining confidentiality of all information handled in the line of duty.

Performing the nursing duties professionally and timeously.

Education and Experience

·         Registered with the Zimbabwe Nurses Council and should have a valid practicing certificate.

·         Relevant Diploma/Degree in Nursing.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Packages

·         Two years minimum experience post-graduation.
